Order Processing and Shipping
All orders received by noon E.S.T. will be processed the following day. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday(excluding Holidays). Rush service and expedited shipping are available on most items for an additional fee. If you need this service, please email orders@paperpostonline.com and you will receive confirmation of the additional fee and when you can expect to receive your order. Each company varies on what fees they charge and the turnaround time for rush service.

Processing Time

Orders will normally ship within 7-10 business days from receipt. Some items require additional time including custom work, letterpress and engraving and stampers. Processing time after November 30th will vary and delays may occur if an item is backordered.

Shipping

We strive to provide the most economical and competitive shipping possible. Continued instability and increases in fuel costs, directly reflect the costs associated with shipping. We charge you shipping based on the total value of your order and limit the individual manufacturer and vendor shipping charges to you if possible. Your order may include multiple manufacturers or vendors, in which case, your order may be arriving in more than one package. Your shipping cost may reflect this.

United States Only

We currently accept payments in United States dollars and ship to destinations in the continental United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska and wish to place an order, we would be happy to take your order with the understanding our shipping rates are not applicable and you will be billed according to rates set by FedEx for delivery to your location.

Paper and Ink Colors

Due to the custom nature of creating the rich colors and papers you see online, there may be some slight variations in color of ink or paper from one order to another. Normal tolerances in paper and ink variances is standard in the industry.

Each typestyle varies in its characteristics and individual letters. Please check the individual Vendor typestyle pages provided as you are responsible for the typestyle you choose.

Price Errors

Occassionally, pricing errors occur on our website. We reserve the right in an event of error or unexpected manufacturer price increases, to notify you in the event this occurs and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order before your order is placed at the adjusted price.
